Terms of Service

1. Use of the service

These terms apply to use of the Wasabi website and to use of Wasabi software and services, unless a separate agreement with the customer says otherwise. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

Subscriptions, custom development, and implementations are also governed by the proposal or contract for that work. Using the website alone does not by itself create a customer relationship or a binding offer.

The site and services are operated by WASABI S.R.L. DE C.V., doing business as Wasabi Handcrafted Software.

2. Customer responsibilities

Anyone using a Wasabi product must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and limit use to the organization and people authorized to use it. They are responsible for the information and content they submit through the product.

3. Acceptable use

The site and services must be used lawfully. You may not:

• Use them for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• Interfere with their operation or security;
• Use them to violate the law or the rights of others;
• Impersonate Wasabi, its staff, or any third party.

4. Intellectual property

The Wasabi brand, software, site design, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by Wasabi or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, beyond uses the law allows.

Third-party and customer marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party services

The site and products may link to or rely on third-party services. The site links, for example, to PerkPass and lets you contact us on WhatsApp. Wasabi does not control those services. Their use is governed by each provider’s terms. Third-party accounts a customer connects are also governed by that provider’s terms.

6. Availability and changes

The site and services may be updated, interrupted, or changed. Product features may evolve. If there is a difference, the agreements signed with the customer prevail.

7. Termination

You may stop using a service at any time. Wasabi may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, if needed to protect the service, or as set out in the applicable customer agreement.

8. Limitation

The site and services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wasabi is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or the services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy

How information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras.
