1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public Wasabi website. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

SaaS subscriptions, software implementations, custom development and other paid services are governed by separate proposals and contracts agreed with each client. Simply using this website does not create a client relationship with Wasabi and does not make you subject to those contracts.

2. About Wasabi

The site is operated by WASABI S.R.L. DE C.V., a Honduran technology company doing business as Wasabi Handcrafted Software, offering SaaS products, custom software development, mobile applications, internal business systems, API integrations and related services.

3. Informational nature of the website

The content of this site describes Wasabi products, services and capabilities for informational purposes. Nothing shown here constitutes, by itself, a binding commercial offer unless expressly stated. The specific conditions of each product or service are agreed separately with each client.

4. Intellectual property

The Wasabi brand, the site design, software, text, graphics, product materials and other proprietary content are the property of Wasabi or are used with authorization, and are protected under applicable law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization, beyond uses permitted by law.

Third-party and client trademarks shown on the site — including logos displayed as authorized commercial references — remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you may not:

  • Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • Interfere with its operation or attempt to breach its security;
  • Scrape content in bulk or engage in abusive automated use;
  • Copy or reproduce protected materials beyond uses permitted by law;
  • Impersonate Wasabi, its personnel or third parties.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to external products and services, such as PerkPass or WhatsApp. Wasabi does not control third-party sites or services; their use is governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers.

We strive to keep the information on the site up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the site will be continuously available. Product descriptions and features may evolve over time. In case of any discrepancy, the agreements signed with each client will prevail.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wasabi is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras.
